Trip Details:

Come and celebrate a fun 2021 CWF fishing season! CWF will be providing boxed lunches from Panera for all CWF members who attend. Because CWF is not able to have an End of Season Party indoors due to Covid concerns, CWF wanted to make our get together at St Vrain special by providing lunch to members. Please bring your own drinks and camp chair. Guests are welcome to attend, and they can either pay $10 at the event for a boxed lunch or bring their own lunch. Info about how to order/select your and your guests lunch have been provided on a CWFtalk email. If you have any questions, please contact Terry at Terry.smith1220@comcast.net or 720-233-9540. We hope you can join us and celebrate a fun year of fishing.

We will meet on the north side of Sandpiper pond. You can either fish from the shore (waders are not needed) or use a belly boat/float tube on the water. At noon we will meet at campsite #8 for lunch, giveaways and some fun. A map of the area will be emailed on CWF Talk as we get closer to the event. Feel free to stay after lunch and fish some more and catch that big one that got away.
ATTENTION NEW ANGLERS: St Vrain St Park provides a great opportunity to get some fishing practice on the water on a stocked pond. To help new anglers get started for the day some of CWF’s experienced anglers will be available from 9-10am to help you get rigged and started fishing on the pond. If you would like some help, please let us know, we are glad to help, we just need to know you would like some help.
• PLEASE SIGN UP ON THE CWF WEB SITE ON THE TRIPS AND EVENTS CALENDAR to let us know you are attending, if you can’t make it, you can easily take yourself off the list.
• There is a cost to enter the park: if you have a Colorado State Park Pass, entry is free, if not; a day pass is $9 per vehicle.
• You don’t need to fish to attend, come join us for lunch and fun activities.
